We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Client Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as required for the provision of our services.
• Respond promptly to requests for information or documents relevant to your case.
• Pay all agreed fees promptly as per our payment terms.
• Notify us immediately of any changes to your contact details or circumstances that may affect your case.
• Use our services only for legal and legitimate purposes in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not attempt to circumvent our services or directly contact solicitors introduced through our service without our knowledge.

Fees and Payment

Our fees will be clearly communicated to you before you engage our services. By proceeding with our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

Payment terms are as follows:

• Initial fees must be paid before work commences.
• Court fees and other disbursements will be payable in advance.
• Stage payments may be required for more complex cases.
• We accept payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other specified payment methods.
• Late payments may result in work being suspended until payment is received.

Please note that court fees and other third-party costs are subject to change and are beyond our control.
