Bailiff enforcement services
The final legal stage to regain possession of your property.
After a possession order is granted, if the tenant still refuses to leave, you must apply for a warrant of possession. County court bailiffs will then carry out the eviction — this is the only legal way to physically remove tenants.
What happens during bailiff enforcement
- Warrant of possession is issued by the court
- Bailiffs schedule an eviction date
- Tenant is given notice of the eviction date
- Bailiffs attend and supervise the eviction
Attempting to evict tenants yourself — even with a possession order — can result in criminal charges. Our team coordinates with court bailiffs to ensure the eviction is carried out legally.
